We are High End Furniture Manufacture with a Top selling Showroom located in the heart of Soho.
Our clientele consist of Top tier interior designers and direct retail customers internationally.
We are looking for open minded, hard working individuals with a clear speaking voice and lots of personality.
This is a part time sales position where you will be working directly under the showroom manager assisting as needed.
Part timers are required to work a mandatory week-end schedule and must be available to work additional days and hours as needed.
The showroom is a calm and friendly environment with a family structured staff.
Ideally we are looking for individuals with experience in interior design, fashion, home furnishing, visual merchandising and/or high end retail sales.
Understanding use of color, fabrics, and attention to detail are key elements.
Job Responsibilities as follows:
Assisting Showroom Manager
Opening and closing (key holder)
Sale of merchandise
Heavy Lifting
Visual merchandising
Customer service
Answering phone (Taking messages)
E-mail correspondence
Mailings
Events coordination
This is a non commission based; part time flex position with a starting salary of $15.00 an hour negotiable
Weekends are mandatory. Job starts immediately...
